Duties:
Engage and recruit program delivery partners, establish training and delivery standards and develop inter-sectoral delivery teams within communities to facilitate a shared community vision and approach to the Triple P Positive Parenting Program. Provide ongoing support, monitoring and professional development to community teams. Provide direction to teams to ensure quality control and team involvement in data collection and evaluation. Identify and secure the Triple P resources needed by communities and represent Healthy Child Manitoba Office and the Triple P program at forums, conferences and workshops. In conjunction with community teams, identify strengths and barriers in implementing Triple P and prepare bi-monthly progress reports on the regional program implementation. Support the decision-making process in government and participate in key department processes, such as the strategic planning, policy development and annual budget estimates.

An eligibility list may be established for similar positions, which will remain in effect for six months from the date of the selection board.
