THE COMPUTER LENDING LIBRARY is a free 8 week computer training workshop that offers
participants basic computer technology skills, and the opportunity to receive a free computer for
a 2 year period. People with beginner OR experienced computer skills may apply.

• Have an English benchmark level 5 or higher
• Be a new immigrant to Canada (5 years or less)
• Have a fixed home address in Manitoba

The International Centre will kick off the 2008 Computer Lending Library for Newcomers. This program allows clients to direct their own learning with hands on computer training. It is ideal for clients who want to learn about computers and /or upgrade their current computer skills with a program geared to the need of immigrants.
