Duties:
Reporting to the Assistant to the Executive Director, the incumbent’s responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Executive Director and the Assistant to the Executive Director. Duties include the preparation of correspondence, reports, briefing material, submissions, spreadsheets and presentation material; composing standard letters in response to routine inquiries; maintaining a bring forward system; filing, handling telephone inquiries, making travel and meeting arrangements. Furthermore this position will also provide reception, word processing, clerical and administrative support for the operation and administration of the Executive Office including preparing invoices for accuracy and supporting documentation.
Aboriginal and Northern Affairs use the Behavioural Description Interview (BDI) technique.
