Consider this opportunity with the Province of Manitoba at the Manitoba Developmental Centre (MDC), which is located only 45 minutes west of Winnipeg, in the City of Portage la Prairie. The MDC is a 24-hour, residential care facility for over 350 adults with developmental disabilities. The Centre employs over 750 people and is committed to an environment which promotes teamwork and high quality of life standards for the residents who live here.

Duties:
Working as part of the Rehabilitation Services team you are responsible for resident assessment and the implementation and evaluation of occupational services for developmentally disabled adults at the MDC. You provide in-service training, participate on interdisciplinary committees and with continuous quality improvement activities as assigned.
