General Summary
As a Service Coordinator you will interface with and provide support to customers, service technicians, sales representatives and managers on various service related tasks such as inventory control, invoicing and credits.The Shipper/Receiver position will have duties ranging from the receiving of products to the shipping of products to the customers. Responsible for maintaining accuracy and efficiency as set out by DC Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and perform timely follow-up and response on all service requests.· Assist with warranty tracking and reconciliation, parts requests and orders.· Interface with vendors for parts pricing and delivery.· Unload and unpack goods from incoming trucks and route goods to appropriate storage areas.· Inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices/packing slips/other documents; record shortages, refuses damaged goods. · Order picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. · Operate pallet jack, hand truck, or other equipment.· Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.· Performs other duties as necessary at the discretion of the area supervisor.· Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.· Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directions regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments· Must be willing to be cross trained and learn new duties as they arise.
