This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the program and the delivery of youth care; coordinating the ongoing planning and implementation of individual treatment plans; supervising staff team members; overseeing file management and ensuring the best possible care for the youth in the program.

DUTIES INCLUDE… 

• Responsible for the daily operation of the program including program development and program management
• Responsible for overseeing the care, treatment and supervision of youth under our care
• Ensure that the program and staff work within the Provincial Licensing standards
• Responsible for the overall staffing of the home including hiring, orientation, training, performance management and supervision
• Monitors all documentation and ensure that it meets Licensing Standards
• Responsible for the purchase and maintenance of program and youth needs and management of the program budget
• Participate in an on-call rotation for all community homes
• Other duties as required.
