Ka Ni Kanichihk Inc. is a non profit, community based, Aboriginal led human services organization that provides a range of Aboriginal identified programs and services that focus on wholeness and wellness and that builds on the strengths and resilience of Aboriginal Peoples. United Against Racism (UAR), a project of Ka Ni Kanichihk, is designed to build a broad alliance of schools, institutions and community groups to design and implement an action oriented, anti-racism strategy to combat racism and other forms of oppression. Aboriginal Youth Coordinator Assistant The Aboriginal Youth Coordinator Assistant will assist the UAR team in the recruitment, support and retention of Aboriginal youth involved in anti-racism training and inter-cultural exchange between Newcomer communities and non-Aboriginal youth in Winnipeg.
