Sair Centre of Learning is an Employment and Training centre providing employment services to participants with mental health and learning disabilities.

The Employment training Specialist is responsible for coordinating and delivering a wide range of employment-related services including negotiating community-based work experiences,career and supportive counselling, resume and cover letter development, job search and interview skills training, on-site follow-up, assisting clients in directly marketing themselves to prospective employers, and developing and facilitating employment-related small group activities.

Although this position is advertised as a one year term, it may become permanent.
