Qualifications:
Must be fluent in both official languages at an advanced level, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Related office experience, including experience dealing with the public and making presentations, is required. An understanding of the Manitoba Government's French Language Services policy and a general awareness of community priorities and activities of the area served by the Centre are required. Demonstrated organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills are required. Demonstrated initiative, self motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as in a complex team environment are essential. Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and the Internet is required. General knowledge of sponsoring departments as well as basic business knowledge are also required. A valid driver's licence is required.

Duties:
You will be the primary contact for four provincial government departments within the Bilingual Service Centre in St-Pierre-Jolys. You will provide specific services as well as links to appropriate departmental staff as necessary. You will coordinate and facilitate workshops related to programs and services of provincial departments in the community. You will do community outreach to promote the services offered at the Centre.
