The Vocational Evaluator is responsible for developing an individualized vocational assessment for each participant. This involves using testing, tools and observations for the purpose of identifying participants’ academics, aptitudes, interests, work habits/behaviors, tolerances and possible accommodation needs. The Vocational Evaluator is also responsible for producing reports, which includes assessment results and recommendations to be used as part of the vocational planning process.
