Hope Centre Inc. is a non-profit agency, rooted in Christian tradition that exists to celebrate the gifts and uniqueness of individuals with intellectual disabilities and support their personal growth in all areas of life.
The Residential Manager is responsible to coordinate all aspects of a staff team that is dedicated to supporting adults with intellectual disabilities in maintaining a home that reflects the values and choices of the individual. Manager responsibilities include hiring and training of new employees, ongoing team development, advocacy, relationship building with outside resources, scheduling, payroll and other related administration duties related to supported living.
