WPL Board literacy and language grants accepting submissions The 2009 Winnipeg Public Library Board Language and Literacy Grants are accepting submissions. Three $1000 grants are available to assist community groups in Winnipeg in developing language and literacy partnerships with one or more Winnipeg Public Library branches. Application deadline is March 27, 2009. Please see attached for complete details.
