providing our visitors with a web site that respects their privacy.

MBWIN does not rent, sell, trade or share our membership information or mailing lists, and does
not distribute this information to the public. We do not automatically gather any personal
information from you, such as your name, telephone number, or e-mail address. This

or registering through one of the MBWIN sites. We use software that receives and records

Any information that you do provide to MBWIN will be used to assist our agency in providing
and delivering services. MBWIN strives to keep you informed and up-to-date on the activities of
MBWIN, including programs, services, special events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer
or donate, annual general meetings, open houses and more, through periodic contacts.
Information of a statistical nature tracking MBWIN site usage, including but not limited to user
or member type/category, may be provided to those organizations that fund or support MBWIN.
Any such information will be restricted to limit identification of any individual. MBWIN further
undertakes to insure the privacy of members and users by requiring third party funders and
supporters to respect your privacy, and hold any and all information even of a purely statistical
nature in confidence.

The MBWIN web sites contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content and
the privacy practices of other web sites and encourage you to examine each site’s privacy policy
and make your own decisions regarding the accuracy, reliability and correctness of material and
