Committed to promoting and researching literacy, this organisation develops public awareness campaigns, provides promotional support to local literacy groups, and serves as a resource for the development of workplace literacy programs.

For prospective and current RRC students from Aboriginal communities, the Aboriginal Student Liaison assists with program planning, registration, and provides information about scholarships, bursaries, awards and sources of financial assistance. The Aboriginal Literacy Foundation provides individual and group instruction within a student centred approach. Workshops and courses cover basic reading and writing skills to ABE and GED courses.

The Mature Student High School Diploma program is offered in 22 communities throughout Manitoba through Frontier School Division. The site includes a list of each community where classes are available, the name of the instructor and their telephone number.

Adult Learning and Literacy (ALL) administers and supports the development and delivery of adult focused programming through adult learning centres and part-time community-based literacy programs in Manitoba. Programming is designed to enable Manitobans to improve their ability to understand and employ printed information in daily living activities at work, at home, and in the community and to obtain high school credentials so they can access higher education and/or better employment opportunities.
