| Job Description | Closing Date: February 24, 2012 Position Type: Full Time Location: Winnipeg Website: http://www.icgrouplp.com Senior Interactive Project Manager – Winnipeg, MB The Sr. Interactive Project Managers is a dual role of assisting in the leading our team of Project Managers as well as the hands on of managing projects. Multiple short-term, fast-paced, high-profile Advertising/Promotional projects are managed at a time, which are executed by a team of Developers Web/Graphic Designers. Requirements: • University or college business degree or equivalent • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • 7-10 years experience in project management with increasing project size and responsibility. Minimum 3 years in an online environment. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding project outcomes for multiple completed projects, preferably in an online environment. • A solid understanding of account services role within an advertising, marketing or PR organization. • Knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms, their respective participants and how they are best utilized to achieve specific outcomes. • Strong leadership/coaching skills • Excellent facilitation/communication skills are needed.
