 Thompson Supported Employment Program, TSEP assists participants with disabilities to secure and maintain paid employment.
Thompson Supported Employment Program, TSEP assists participants with disabilities to secure and maintain paid employment by offering one-on-one employment counselling, a Job Finding Club, effective job search skills, exploring and identifying interests, resumes, cover letters, cold calls, job search assistance, interview skills and job coaching. Work experience and referrals to appropriate agencies are provided. Also offered is personal counselling, assisting with budgeting, goal setting, housing, nutrition, childcare and personal safety..
