Quarter , a successful pilot project that has been matching people 50
and over to job and volunteer opportunities in smaller communities,
announced today that they are expanding into cities across Canada
-beginning in Winnipeg.
The website www.thirdquarter.ca
uses a unique on-line skills matching program that asks different
questions of candidates and of employers, to create candidate profiles
and employment roles that more closely fit the real person and the real
expectations of the workplace. During the pilot project they had over
3,000 job postings.
