The Staffing Manager, is responsible for providing leadership to the casual staffing team minimum of 25 people (.8 time) and generally assisting in the recruitment and screening of new employees and the accomplishment of the HR Department goals and initiatives (.2 time).

- Relevant certificate or degree in Human Resource Management.
- Two years experience in recruitment, selection and leading a team of staff an asset.
- Experience scheduling and overseeing a large working team preferred.
- Other combination of related education and experience may be considered.
- Experience in human services an asset.
- Commitment to excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask be organized and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use judgment and reasoning to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where compliance with legislation may or may not exist.
- Continuously be alert, precise and patient, have a good memory and the ability to concentrate.
- Be resourceful, a good listener, be creative and imaginative.
- Ability to read and write correspondence in English.
- Commitment to ongoing development in HR field and continuous learning.
- Use of personal vehicle.
Salary range $31,052-$32,306 per annum.
