Student Aid Application Presentation If you are a Canadian citizen and/or permanent resident of Manitoba with financial need , who will be attending the University of Winnipeg for the 2010-11 school year, you may be interested in attending a Completing a Manitoba Student Aid Application presentations at Room 2C15 - 2nd Floor, Centennial Hall University of Winnipeg 515 Portage Avenue On these dates: (choose one) * Thursday, July 29 at 3 p.m. * Thursday, August 5 at Noon OR * Wednesday, August 11 at Noon. The Government Student Aid program is a combination of federal and provincial loans, and grants & bursaries. For full-time students, the loans are interest-free and no payments are required until you graduate. The grants and bursaries are money that you do not have to pay back, and every applicant's eligibility is assessed for the various forms of assistance available.
