The Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations of community connecting and/or employment focused service delivery, including working directly with individuals. Ensuring outcome orientated, person-centred services for individuals with an intellectual disability is a significant responsibility. This position also supervises staff, including hiring, training, coaching and mentoring. Other duties include providing day to day direction and performing some administrative and financial responsibilities.
This is a fulltime position beginning September 2010. Excellent compensation and benefits package are available.
