Ms Louise Johnston, Manager of Training and Development for the Manitoba Customer Contact Association will be the guest speaker. She will discuss the endless possibilities for employment/careers in the customer contact (call centre) industry. Ms Johnston will also focus on how the industry is changing and continuing to evolve and the new, exciting and varied opportunities available within the industry.
