Key Responsibilities:
- Properly and professionally repair all motorcycle assigned.
- Maintain smooth and effective working relationships with other dealership departments.
- Establish and maintain a positive, comfortable and safe working environment in the Service Department.
- Establish and maintain a high level of performance on a daily basis.
- Repair every vehicle using the “Fix It Right The First Time” philosophy.
- Keep motivated as well as help to motivate all staff
- Assist in the development and implementation of plans to increase efficiency.
- Assist the technician team leader all Service Department training needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by his or her supervisor
- Recommend and assist with the design of additional activities to improve shop profitability.
- Based on trends, recommend special promotions and programs.
- Support additional dealership customer retention activities.
