We offer a 8 week TUITION FREE Customer Service Representative Skills and Basic Computer Program, 6 times a year. Primary mandate is to empower individuals through skill enhancement to achieve excellence and satisfaction in the workplace. Our 8 week (Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm) program is facilitator led. Travel and day care assistance are available. Class size is kept to a minimum of 10 to 12 individuals to ensure that each participant receives individualized instruction. Participants that are interested in the program do not have to have any experience with computers, must have the ability to read and write english and the willingness to be employed and self-sufficent.
