Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervision, safety awareness, daily maintenance of 7 Dealership buildings, coordinate contractors for building projects, direct trades in maintaining building equipment and mechanical issues and organize sub trade contracts and maintenance schedules.

• Help implement and sustain equipment maintenance program


• Maintain the facility


• Prioritize maintenance based on criticality of equipment needs
